Hormone Yoga practice

The series of exercises are easy to learn and there is no previous experience with yoga required. Method is learned in a class or workshop only once and then students can practice on their own. After students learn the whole technique, it takes approximately 30 minutes of practice that can be easily done at home.  It is recommended to practice every day at first and then at least 4 times per week. Exercising more often will deliver better results. Hormone Yoga is a powerful method and most students who practice daily can see results within a months. However, results are individual and may vary.

Review/refresh classes are available for students that would like to refresh their memory and have their form corrected. Some students feel confident after one review class while others choose to take them every month.

You can learn Hormone Yoga during:

  • Group sessions in one day seminar (8 hour class with a hour break for lunch), or a 5 week course with 90 min classes once per week, or in private sessions.

  • Private sessions can be done in the comfort of your home or at our beautiful private studio. Individual attention helps you to learn quickly, so you can learn the series in three 90 minute classes or in one 5 hour session.


  • Semiprivate sessions are also available for groups of two; you might like the idea to practice with your friend or spouse. You can learn the series in three 90 minute classes or in one 5 hour session.

  • Alternative schedules can be arranged.

Before our first private/semiprivate session, we will meet briefly (30 minutes or less) to discuss your goals and assess your commitment to doing the work. You'll fill out a health history form and we will talk about other factors that may affect or enhance our sessions. This initial meeting is no charge. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we are going to be a good fit.

If we decide to work together after our initial meeting, we will go over the private client contract and set our session schedule together. The contract states all of our policies and is an agreement that we will both put in the required work to reach your goals.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel a session, please let Lydie know at least 24 hours in advance. We can reschedule at no charge as long as it's 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit one of your sessions. Of course, we know that life happens, and we understand emergencies, in which case the cancellation will be excused.

Refunds: If after any session, either of us feels that we do not want to continue with the pre-determined plan, you will be refunded the remainder of your sessions. 

Payment: Payment is due at the time of signing the contract.


Hormone Yoga is not a substitution for medical treatment and all the students should follow with their medical provider. As with any exercise, you should consult your doctor to practice Hormone Yoga. There are available modifications and adaptations of Hormone Yoga for individuals with hypertension, hyperthyroidism and orthopedic problems.
